Matuta, our main reason to send you this email is because we believed that you have a wonderful team member call Leny Lourdes Zenteno Reyes and we want to recognise her good work and performance in your organisation.
We are both very impressed with the way Leny’s customer skills and looking after her client’s needs. Leny definitely has that “WOW FACFOR plus plus!”. She is an amazing and tenanted lady. She is compassionate, considerate, big hearted, very professional in answering all the questions, attention to every single details, a great communicator, very understanding, thoughtful and down to earth person. Due to our twins were born prematurely and language barrier, the whole journey with New Life becomes so pleasant because of Leny.
We went online and visited your website, read about Leny’s profile and job’s description, we believed she has done above and beyond of what was said as her duties. She helped us immensely when we returned home with our baby boy ensuring we were settled, and then again a few days later when our daughter was released from hospital. Then there was a special touch to celebrate us being together as a family when Leny baked a cake to celebrate the birth of our babies.
Now, we will tell everyone about Leny, a very special lady at New Life Mexico.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank New Life for making our dreams came through and giving us two perfect babies. We will remember Leny fondly. We will welcome her to stay with us if she ever visits Australia. Many thanks Leny 🙂
